Lightning Damage At Our Eastdale Branch

On Sunday evening, July 13, lightning struck this tree in the parking lot of our Eastdale Branch and caused equipment damage inside. As some of our members found out on Monday morning, we had to revert to paper transaction processing. For those members who were inconvenienced, we really appreciate your understanding while we brought all our branch's systems back on line.

Join us at 10:00am on Saturday, August 9, 2008, at the Emerald Falls Adventure Park, 1321 South Memorial Drive in Prattville, to help raise money for the Alabama Leukemia-Lymphoma Society.

The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society is the world's largest private organization concerned with finding cures for leukemia, lymphoma, Hodgkin's disease and myeloma -- and improving the quality of life of patients and their families.

The Alabama Gulf Coast Chapter offers services, including patient financial aid, First Connection, The Green Back to School Program for the Child with Cancer and Family Support Groups. It provides funding for professional education, research, public education, and information service.
