Access Your Account Online 24 Hours A Day
Comala Online can be reached by clicking the Comala Online link at the very top of any page in our site. When you click this link, a new browser window will open using a secure SSL connection to protect your privacy. You should see a padlock icon appear in this new window (the actual location will vary depending on your browser and version number) to indicate that this window is secure. To maintain the security of your connection, this new window will also not have any links back to other internet locations.
Beginning in 2007, Comala's Online Banking site began using a technology called "multi-factor authentication". This is a security upgrade to better protect our members and your financial information, and it involves the questions you must create and answer to use Online Banking.
If you always use the same computer to access Online Banking, and this computer is in your home and secure, then you can check a box during your Login that says Remember this computer. Checking this box will simplify your login process, but could make it easier for someone to access your information from the same computer.
